The Business Administrative Support role will require an individual to handle diverse responsibilities across departments and job function from data entry in Quickbooks to making appointments and handling general administrative work. This person must be detail oriented, self-starter, excellent with spreadsheets, organized, and most of all flexible with the ability to switch gears quickly. Must take direction and feedback well!
Duties and responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office filing, create system of organization
- Assist in completing documentation (e.g. Credit Card Authorization Forms, Purchase Orders, etc.)
- Assist the Operations department with filing and submitting reimbursement receipts
- Assist with placing and managing orders, and tracking inventory.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Quickbooks and Excel
- Must be open to taking on multiple projects and other administrative duties as assigned
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
